GECO Constitution

The GECO Constitution is the document that governs how GECO will conduct business. The constitution defines:

  • who a member is
  • what  members rights are
  • how the organization will be run
  • duties of the Executive
  • how meetings and elections are to be organized
  • who will act as delegations to the Provincial Annual General Meeting
  • how local motions to the Provincial Annual General Meeting will be decided
  • how amendments can be made to the constitution and
  • the way in which the finances are managed
